Stacy Crook
Founder and CEO


Stacy Crook founded Sales Incorporated in 1988 and has more than 25 years of experience in multifamily leasing, marketing and training. Stacy’s passion for selling and incredible leasing success motivated her to launch Sales, Inc. to help owners overcome their most difficult leasing challenges. The company has grown dramatically over the years but retains the vision and values of Stacy. Those values stress caring for people, including our Leasing Experts, as well as the clients we serve. Stacy graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Clemson University.

Mike Moran
Chief Financial Officer


Mike Moran has held the role of CFO with Sales, Inc. since 2001. He has guided the company financially through incredible growth years that have led to the company’s current position as the leading provider of accelerated leasing services in the U.S. Mike’s strong financial guidance of Sales, Inc. has been a key factor in the company’s rise to the top of this field. Even from the CFO position, Mike provides a level of quality assurance for the actual services Sales, Inc. delivers. Mike graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Rhett Bell


Rhett is an Accounting Professional who brings over 28 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry to the team. Rhett oversees the day-to-day Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting. He is also responsible for Human Resources and compliance with State and Federal guidelines. Rhett graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Rick Burkhalter
General Manager


As General Manager for Sales, Inc., Rick is responsible for the company’s growth and operations. Rick has more than 20 years of executive management experience with an exceptional record of developing and managing teams that lead their respective fields. He develops strong, close relationships with our clients and team members and consistently delivers a highly valuable service that keeps owners coming back to Sales, Inc. on multiple properties. Rick has held C-level and SVP level positions with several commercial real estate services companies. In each role, he led companies through tremendous growth periods and improved service levels. Rick graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Georgia.

Tiffany Walsh
Director of Marketing and Training


As Director of Training and Marketing, Tiffany provides direction and oversight of Sales, Inc.’s industry leading training program.  Tiffany provides specific training internally to our Leasing Experts and externally to our key Leasing and Marketing clients.  In her Director of Marketing role, she leads the marketing efforts both for our company as well as those we provide to our marketing clients and their properties.  Tiffany has been with Sales, Inc. since 2012 and previously served as our Director of Leasing, managing the efforts of our Leasing Experts across the country.  Before joining our team, Tiffany successfully managed and led several lease up teams for her former employer in the Midwest.  She attended McHenry County College and holds her Georgia Real Estate license.  Originally from Chicago, she and her husband Mike live outside of Houston with their daughter and two dogs.

Kennesha Forson
Director of Leasing


Kennesha started working for Sales, Inc. in 2013 as a Leasing Expert and quickly positioned herself as one of the top LEs in the field. Her experience and client praises on all property types (from conventional to tax credit to single family homes) led us to create an in-house position for her to help oversee leasing efforts on all of our properties. Since joining our management team, Kennesha’s efforts have led to our closing rate improving dramatically.

Robin Upchurch
Talent Acquisition Manager


Robin joined the Sales, Inc. team in 2016. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, Robin recruits our outstanding sales talent from all over the United States. Robin interviews constantly to find top sales professionals with a history of exceeding their sales goals. In addition, Robin schedules and coordinates each new hire’s attendance to our required 70+ hour Sales, Inc. Accelerated Leasing & Marketing Training Course. Robin graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Management Information Systems.

Zandie Shields
Manager of LE Development


Zandie began her career with Sales, Inc. as a Leasing & Marketing Expert. In her role as Leasing & Marketing Expert, Zandie proved to be an asset as she quickly leased up each property she was assigned to. Zandie also acted as a Field Lead assisting and sharing her knowledge as a mentor to her peers.

From her success in the field, and positive feedback from all she worked with, we knew Zandie would thrive in a role that she could share her ideas and passion for success with all of our Leasing Experts and clients.

Zandie is bilingual in English and Spanish with a background in staff and project management. She has an Associates degree in Engineering and Bachelors degree in Business.

Jasmine Little
Leasing & Marketing Administrator


As Leasing & Marketing Administrator, Jasmine works with each Leasing & Marketing Expert to ensure accurate data entry into Sales Tracker, our proprietary data management software. This ensures us the ability to provide timely data about the leasing and marketing efforts and results on your property. Jasmine attended University of West Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and during the ice hockey season, Jasmine is on the professional dance team for the Atlanta Gladiators.
