Many property owners enlist the services of a property management firm to help with such responsibilities as marketing rentals, collecting rent, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions. However, it is important to understand that Sales Inc. is unlike any of these property management firms, because where they divide their time and resources on a litany of different tasks, we only have one goal – filling leases.
